FA_DEPRN_SUMMARY
POA = Period of Addition

Symptoms

Transfer API in Period of Additions results in extra BOOKS row in  FA_DEPRN_DETAILS table thus resulting in incorrect Accumulated Reserve Values.

Ex.

FA_DEPRN_SUMMARY has only 1 BOOKS row
FA_DEPRN_DETAIL has 2 B rows and should only have the 1 row

 

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
From Oracle Assets,

(N) Asset > Asset Workbench
1. Add Asset
2. Transfer Asset in period of addition via Transfer API
