APP-FND-00756: Error when trying to query ASL (Doc ID 2484772.1)

Actual Behavior :

Getting APP-FND-00756: Cannot find combination CCID=6 CODE=MSTK SET=7074 error while querying for the ASL in Approved Supplier List.

Expected Behavior :
No Error should be shown

Steps to Reproduce :

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Approved Supplier list form
2. Error message is shown
