ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

ERES for MES Transactions is enabled with Process Instructions where there is a mandatory requirement for the user to enter their Signatures before proceeding to next step or next MES instructions.
Sporadically and not consistently, users are able to proceed to next MES instruction with out anyone having entered the e signatures
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The user should have to sign before proceeding.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. MES Supervisor Resp>Batch Details> Click on Steps button of batch details > Tools > Process instructions >Select specific instruction > execute the instruction & enter e signatures as required.
