Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Party Synchronization Concurrent Program always sends all existing party site records to Global Trade Management (GTM) whether they have been updated or not every time the program is ran.
E.g. A party has 4000 plus sites, with Only one site updated in the last 24 hours.
Party Synchronization program sends all the 4000+ party site records instead of just the one record for the recently updated party site.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expectation is for Party Synchronization to send only the one record for the party site that was updated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
