ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Commitment Allocation using Network Routing does not work properly, it is always allocate to the same Service Provider (cheaper one) ignoring the
allocation when using DAILY as the frequency.
There was no issue found when using weekly frequency.
Scenario
========
There are 3 SP: SP1, SP2 and SP3
Itinerary: Network - 2 legs
> Source: Country
> Intermediary destination: Location - there are 3 different locations for each SP
> Final destination: Country
Allocation:
SP1 - 40 % (lowest cost)
SP2 - 50% (middle cost)
SP3 - 10% (most expensive cost)
OR1:
Source: MEX
Dest: US
Resulting Shipments: 2
1 - from MEX to intermediary location: SP1
2 - from SP2 to US
OR2 will be planned with the same service provider - SP1, also if a new OR will be planned. Always will plan with SP1, the cheapest one.
