Unable to Modify Seeded Element Description (Doc ID 2485765.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

The Element Description form is grayed out and not able to update any of the fields(e.g. Recalculation Events) for the seeded elements.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login as HRMS Manager responsibility
  2.  Go to Element Description form
     (N) Total Compensation > Basic > Element Description
  3.  Search for the seeded element (e.g. Regular Wages)
  4.  Fields are grayed out and not updatable.
