Close Purchasing Periods (Poxraf) Gets Error: Poxraf-001: Ora-01427

Symptoms
When running the program "Close Purchasing Periods" (short code = POXRAF) in a MOAC responsibility, the program finishes in an error.
A trace file reveals that the following sql is failling:
update PO_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL set ACCRUED_FLAG='N',LAST_UPDATED_BY=:b0
where (ACCRUED_FLAG='Y' and SET_OF_BOOKS_ID=(select SET_OF_BOOKS_ID from
FINANCIALS_SYSTEM_PARAMETERS ))
Workaround: Using responsibility without MOAC (only 1 OU)
Error:
Cause: POXRAF encountered an internal error. Parameters: POXRAF,
Action: Note both this error number and the actions you are trying to perform. Contact your system administrator for
POXRAF-001: ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row
Replication:
The issue can be reproduced at will in a MOAC responsibility (with multiple OU.)
1. Purchasing responsibility > Setup > Financials > Accounting > Control Purchasing Periods
Choose “Closed” for Period.
2. System Administrator responsibility
Choose « Control Purchasing Periods » function
Choose an operating unit
Restrict to year and search the periods
Choose “Closed” for Period
A process is started
Completed Error
