Symptoms

R12 - Unable to Launch ApEx from Oracle ERP Menu Function

Per directions found in Oracle's "apex-ebs-extension-white-paper-345780.pdf", we converted this to a function using the SSWS jsp function.

That is setting FND: APEX_URL profile and using the GWY.jsp to launch our ApEx.

When the Menu Item for the ApEx is opened, a new tab opens with “Unable to authenticate session.” being displayed.

No problem when running the Apex URL alone from the browser ,happens only when calling from EBS Menu
