Process Name in a Self Service Request Notification displayed in English even when the logged in Language is different

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

It is expected to display in the Logged in Language.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open an Absence Notification from Arabic Language

2. You can see Notification subject is having arabic language with words "Create Absence Request" in English
