Executing Compliance Rule Is Not Updating TL_CONTROL_SCREENING Status Value Post Upgrade to OTM 18 (Doc ID 2486360.1)

Symptoms

The action "Execute Compliance Rule" is being ran on a Trade Transaction line. The Compliance Rule is using a Remark Qualifier ID to associate this rule to the Trade Item used on the Trade Transaction Line. When the action "Execute Compliance Rule"is ran on a Trade Transaction line the TL_CONTROL_SCREENING status is set to TL_CONTROL_SCREENING_ON HOLD which is expected.

The value of the Remark Qualifier ID is then changed on the trade item. When the action "Execute Compliance Rule" is ran at this point they get the response " Warning There is no compliance match with the Line." which is expected, but the status for TL_CONTROL_SCREENING status is still set to TL_CONTROL_SCREENING_ON HOLD.

If you run the action for a second time the status for TL_CONTROL_SCREENING status is still set to TL_CONTROL_SCREENING_PASSED.
