Symptoms

Service Request form - Error while re-querying a Service Request (SR).

Error:

FRM-41826: Cannot replace group; columns don't match LOV.

Steps:

(R) Service
(N) Service Requests > Create Service Request

- Query a SR
- Current Tab => Contacts / Addresses

=> Error occurs.

Changes

 Upgraded from 11i to Release 12.
