No Org Access Selection Required When Opening Release Sales Orders Form (Doc ID 2486660.1)

When attempting to select a locator in the Inventory tab of the Pick Release form, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Enter the value in segment MFG_ORGANIZATION_ID before entering value in subinventory segment

This error does not occur if some other inventory form has been opened for which user was prompted to select a valid organization.
