How to Add/Update multiple employees to multiple projects ?

Below is the Scenario:

There were few employee numbers recently terminated in HR and few new employee numbers were created for them which are active now.
Those old employee numbers were assigned to many projects.

Requirement to add/update the new employee numbers to the same set of projects in which the old employee numbers are still assigned and are not end dated.
