Only when reduce Salvage Value and increase Depreciation limit amount from 0 with Amortize Adjustment at the same time, the following error occurs.

Error Message
APP-OFA-48396 : The amounts you entered cause the results of the adjustment to be invalid for the amortization date you entered.

Steps to Reproduce
1.  2018-03 *** Addition

    Cost                       : 100000
    YTD depreciation           : 0
    Accumulated depreciation   : 0
    Date in Service            : 01-MAR-2018
    Depreciation method        : STL 5Year
    Salvage value              : 100
    Depreciation limit amount  : 0

2.  2018-03 *** Adjustment with Amortized

    Salvage value               : 100 -> 99  *Reduce it
    Depreciation limit amount   : 0   -> 1   *Increase it from 0
    Amortize Adjustment         : Yes
    Amortization start date     : 31-MAR-2018

　　--> APP-OFA-48396 error occurs and cannot change salvage value and depreciation limit amount.
