Symptoms
On iProcurement 12.2.6 when attempting to return a receipt, the following error occurs:

rvtptcontrol failed RVTTH-120: Subroutine rvtthins returned error Cause: Subroutine rvtthins returned an internal error. Action: Note this error number and the actions you are trying to perform. Contact RVTTH-192.rvtthins: Subroutine PO_INVALID_REL_SHIPMENT_STATUS returned error Cause: Subroutine PO_INVALID_REL_SHIPMENT_STATUS returned an internal error. Action: Note this error number
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iProcurement > Receiving
2. Search for items to return
3. Enter quantity and click next
4. Enter reason and comments, then submit
5. Error occurs.
Due to this issue, users cannot return items in iProcurement Receiving
When trying to return the same PO within purchasing (by navigating to Receiving > Returns), system returns error stating no : No records meet your search criteria.
