ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

We have a partial implementation of HR and are interfaced to ADP. From time to time, we have issues re-instating terminated employees and making personnel assignments due to something that happened in the past to assignment records.

The most current import from ADP includes

ImportADPEmployee interface has successfully processed ADP employee records to EBS with below counts

Total input Records :: 3796

Records processed successfully :: 3791
Records processed with Errors :: 5

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

No errors are expected during the rehire process.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run rehire process for ADP implementation
2. Errors are reported.
