On : 12.2.6 version, Loans Billing and Payment Issues
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In the Loans Manager responsibility the user is unable to bill the next installment on the loan due to the
"Bill and Apply Next Installment" button is disabled for certain transactions under Payment tab.
The user can click on "Customize Schedule" and then click back to see the button enabled.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see the button enabled for the loan.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot bill the next installment.
