Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Control

When attempting to view workflow status on an order,
the following error occurs.

Error:
Function not available to this responsibility.
Change responsibilities or contact your System Administrator


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Navigation: Orders,Returns>Order Organizer
3. Query order. Go to Workflow Monitor

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see workflow status.
