Org Specific Context On Stock Locator Value Set Is Not Respected In HTML Receipts Inbound (Doc ID 2487952.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Setup of orgs, subs, locators

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Stock locator values are stored in look up and have context to dependent values with respect to organizations. for e.g. Lookup value @ line level will be defaulted in transactions and it is specific to organization. This is respected across transactions in the form level.

The inbound receipting screen (HTML) brings the locator values across the organizations.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The stock locator will be limited the organization_id in the HTML receiving form
will return the result as the apps GUI for receiving


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a table validation for stock locator
Setup Manufacturing lookups  <Custom>
the DFF on to hold the Organization value

2. table validation on Segment1 of he stock locator flexfield

3    Navigation : Inbound > receiving – HTML form

Apply Context – Org  specific
Search document and click quick receipts
Select Locator for line 1, click find

Enter wild card search similar to forms - % and find @ stock location.

It lists all the locators instead of bringing only 3 locators context to 004 org as per screenshots above lookup form.. this is incorrect behaviour as compared to forms and selection will lock the locator availability.
