Not able to see list of all subinventories in ECO creation

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see all subinventories in ECO creation


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Engineering Change Orders > Revised Items > Revised components
2) In Material control tab
Supply Type subinventory
