Symptoms

When running the PRC: Update Project Summary Amounts the following error occurs.

ERROR

ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("PA"."PA_COMMITMENT_TXNS"."TASK_ID")


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Projects responsibility > submit request
2. Run PRC: Update Project Summary Amounts
