Duplicate Rule's Violation Leads To Unable To Perform Transaction On The Record Error (Doc ID 2488738.1)

During the Expense report entry, after the user has corrected an Expense Report which received a Warning of Duplicate Detection and tries to continue, an
Error is raised on the screen. This prevents the user from continuing.

Unable to perform transaction on the record.

Cause: The record has been deleted by another user.

Action: Cancel the transaction and re-query the records to get the new data.
