Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Service Authoring

When attempting to Approve contract QA check failed with the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"The Contract must have at least one Contract Line."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Service Contract Manager (R)
2.Launch Pad>Create New Contract
3.Tools>QA Check.
