Supplier Site and Organization Columns on the Supplier List of Values (LOV) are Gone and Now Missing After Upgrade (Doc ID 2488977.1)

Symptoms

Actual:
When user is selecting a supplier from the LOV (list of values) when searching a requisition, the LOV is showing only the Supplier Name. Previously user was able to see more information like: Supplier, Supplier site , Site Address, Organizations.

Expected:
User is expecting to see the same information as it was in previous versions, before the RPC Upgrade.

Replication:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iProcurement
2. Requisition Tab
3. Search
4. Supplier LOV
5. Only 3 columns are displayed
