Attachments Are Not Showing Under IProcurement Receipt After Correcting The Receipt (Doc ID 2489023.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is correcting the receipt by adding the same quantity and also is adding an attachment. After submitting the correction, the attachments are not visible.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User is expecting to see the receipt attachments.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iProcurement Responsibility ->
2. New Receipt was created without any attachment ->
3. The same receipt is corrected with the same quantity but is adding also attachments ->
4. Submit ->
5. The attachments still are not visible in the system.
