On : 12.1.3 version, Setup Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After upgrade to 12.1.3 from 12.1.2, the Role Type "Field Service Mobility" was changed to "Support", and the Role "Field Service Group Owner" was changed to "Support Center Manager"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Role Type and Role will not change with the upgrade

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade from 12.1.2 to 12.1.3
2. Role Type and Roles were automatically changed
