Tax amount in RA_CUST_TRX_LINE_GL_DIST_ALL is not Equal to Line amount, or Amount is Zero

Symptoms
Transactions have Tax lines and find that Tax amount is not same as that Tax amount on the Line.
Amount could be zero or different or due to some rounding issues.
The event_id of TAX row could also be different from REC row
Create accounting fail with below error
"The subledger journal entry does not balance in the entered currency. Please verify the entered amounts on the journal entry lines."
The Tax might be coming from India Localization GST and it could be a RMA/ Credit Memo
