ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Trying to enter a sales order, we need to enter the customer. When trying to select the end customer, the option does not exist even though the relationship is created under party and account level. Other accounts with similar setups are available in LOV.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to select the end customer when a customer

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Responsibility -> Sales Order form -> enter header information LOV customer not available
