Unable to complete the Inter org transaction. Upon entering the transaction lines and applying GST taxes via tools - India tax details form
and when trying to save the record in the Inter org transaction form , it is throwing an error.

Error :-app-ja-460202: Cannot read value for profile option PROXY_USER_ID in routine &ROUTINE.

On clicking Ok button, another error is observed
