Symptoms
When attempting to process a life event, the following error occurs:

APP-PAY-33218: Data CON_PERSON_TYPE not found at line <NN> of <BEN_FORMULA>
Cause: A SQL SELECT statement, obtained from the application dictionary, returned no rows when executed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to People > Benefits Service Center and query an employee.
3. Attempt to process a life event.
Error occurs.
