ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to view global procurement contract terms templates from CLM Purchasing Award document.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to view global procurement contract terms templates from CLM purchasing award document.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a global Contract Terms Template and Approve it
2. Create a CLM Award document
3. Select Add Contract Terms
4. There are not any contract terms templates available for selection
