ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Specific Concurrent manager is not coming up

One of the concurrent managers is not coming up in PROD.
Different processes are defined for the manager in different shifts, but manager is not coming up after shift change.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the manager to be active.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Monitor manager.
