Tax Amount Is Not Zero for Accounts Receivable(AR) Transaction Which Is Imported From Projects in Case of Letter of Undertaking (LUT) Exports (Doc ID 2491715.1)

Symptoms

Tax amount is not zero and having Tax amount for Projects AR transaction in case of LUT exports where it is expected that Tax amount should be zero at Projects AR transaction if it is a LUT exports case.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to India Local Project Billing --> Billing --> Events --> Projects --> create event with foreign (USD) currency and save it.
2. Go to View --> Requests --> Submit “PRC: Generate Draft Invoices for a Single Project” and draft invoice will be generated.
3. In the same responsibility go to Billing --> Invoice review and query the draft invoice, go to tools --> India tax Details.
4. Attach the LUT tax category with Tax Point Basis (TPB) as INVOICE, Provide Exemption details and save it.
5. Observe that Tax amount is zero. Now Approve and release the draft invoice.
6. Go to View --> Requests --> Submit “PRC: Interface Invoices to Receivables” which inserts the data into AR interface tables.
7. Now Navigate to India Local Receivables --> submit “Autoinvoice Import Program” to import the AR transaction.
8. In the same responsibility go to Oracle Receivables --> Transactions --> Transactions --> Query the AR transaction.
9. Observed that they are no tax distributions generated.
10. Go to Tools --> India Tax Details --> Here the Tax amount is not zero.
