BI Publisher Scheduled Report Job Status Remains Running (Doc ID 2492117.1)

Symptoms

Status of the scheduled BI Publisher report jobs does not change from Running to Success even though the Job processor has completed and report is generated in the shared folder.

The status changes to Failed for any of the jobs which are failed.
