Symptoms

In Release: 12.2.4 version, Services Procurement

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Unable to Cancel "Rejected" Work Confirmation for Terminated Employee / Employee left the company.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Need to be able to delete the work confirmation

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create work confirmation
2. Run RTP
3. Buyer, get approval notification and if it is Rejected
4. Owner of work confirmation is terminated / employee left company.
5. Now if any other employee cannot update or cancel Work confirmation.


BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot cancel or zero out the work confirmation, so incorrect entries show in database

Changes

 Terminated Employee or Employee left the Company.
