Performance issue on GSP Default Salary Rate Page, System Does Not Display Values On Update Default Step Rate (Doc ID 2492408.1)

On : 12.2 HRMS RUP12 version, Grade / Step Progression

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
While updating the Grade/step progression,  the GSP Wizard Rates (5 of 7) page does not retrieve the old and new values under update Default Step Rate Page

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Application should display the old and new values under update Default Step Rate of GSP Wizard Rates (5 of 7) page

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. HRMS Manager Responsibility
2. Navigate to Total Compensation -> Total Compensation Setup Wizard
3. Select Business Area
4. Select Grade/Step Progression
5. Under Search: Grade/Step Ladders
6. Search for Existing Grade Ladder and Click on Update icon
7. Click on Go To Task (for an existing Task)
8. Under the Grade/Step Progression Task List
9. Click on Update Default Salary Rate of a Focus Area
10. Under the Update Default Step Rate it shows View step 1-5 click Go button
