Symptoms

E-Business Suite 12.2 Technology Stack, SSO / OID Log in related issues

Some users are not able to log in to E-Business Suite, as the following error is received during log in:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to log in via E Business homepage.
2. Receive the error 'You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your system administrator'


Due to this issue, users cannot log in.
