Symptoms

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP11 version, Workflow,Approval,Common Funct

When the transaction is resubmitted by the approver after upgrade RUP 11,
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Employee Self Service.
2. Create Termination transaction and submit.
3. Log in as one of the approvers
4. Open the notification and click on Update Action link.
5. Make changes and submit. Now check the status from Status Monitor, the transaction is errored.
