Symptoms
In Newly upgraded instance with OBIEE version 12.2.1.3.0, the customer followed the instructions in the Implementation and Migration Guide for enabling GTI. When trying to go to GTI from within OTM, a blank page with no error appears. The customer is able to go directly to the GTI URL and log on with the weblogic credentials.
