Using AME, Resubmitted POs (or CLM Awards) That Were Previously Rejected Are Getting Stuck In Process (No Approvers Notified) (Doc ID 2492952.1)

After patch 27847930, Purchase Orders (this also affects CLM Awards) that were previously Rejected are getting stuck in approval process (they are IN PROCESS status) once they are resubmitted for approval.

This is only relevant if AME is used and what is observed is the child workflows that should be created to notify the approver(s) are not launched.

The parent workflow stops at this activity :

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an Award
2. Submit it for approval
3. The approver Rejects it
4. Try to re-submit the Po again for approval-> The Po remains stuck in IN PROCESS status
