Sometimes Update "Pencil" Is Appearing Sometimes Disappearing In Oracle Self Service OTL Screen (Doc ID 2493066.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Configured Timecard Layouts

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Sometimes Update "Pencil" is appearing sometimes disappearing in Oracle Self service OTL Screen
e.g:
User opened current week timecard 30-dec-2018 to 5-Jan-2019 entered some hours for Monday and saved the same. Later on user is unable to same timecard which is showing "Working" as status. This was happened on 2-jan-2019. Next day user opened the timecard screen then she got the "Pencil" icon for update. Then user entered some hours and saved the same. Again Update "Pencil" disappeared.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Users are expecting to see the Update pencil icon for the timecard that saved for later (i.e., in working status)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. User opened current week timecard 30-dec-2018 to 5-Jan-2019 entered some hours for Monday and saved the same.

2. Later on user is unable to same timecard which is showing "Working" as status. This was happened on 2-jan-2019.

3. Next day user opened the timecard screen then she got the "Pencil" icon for update.

4. Then user entered some hours and saved the same. Again Update "Pencil" disappeared.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot edit and submit the saved timecards.
