Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Setup

When attempting to establishments, the following error occurs.

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Menu Path > Thailand Localization > Set up > Establishments
2) Searching Legal Entity Name
3) Click > Tax information

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot define the establishments to Thailand Localization.
