In EAM Asset Definition, System Popping Up An Note Message For Fixed Asset Synchronization Failed (Doc ID 2493123.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Asset Definition

When attempting to create an Asset Number in Core Apps(FORMS),the following
error occurs.,

ERROR
-----------------------
Fixed Asset Synchronization failed. (REASON=ORA-1400: cannot insert NULL
into("EAM"."EAM_ORG_MAINT_DEFAULTS"."ORGANIZATION_ID") in Package
eam_org_maint_defaults_pvt Procedure insert_row)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Enterprise Asset Management
2. Assets - > Asset Numbers - > Asset Numbers
3. Save.
4. Get the aforementioned error message.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create asset numbers.
