Lot Origination Date Is Null, When Receivng An Internal Order Recept (Doc ID 2493157.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a Lot Controlled item is received from an Internal Order, using the mobile, the transaction is successful.

However, when viewing the details of the lot that was received, The Origination Date is not populated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expectation is that the Origination Date for the received lot should be populated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an internal requisition in the destination org.
2. Later create a internal order in the source org, with a line item that is Lot Controlled.
3. Ship the internal order, using the Oracle desktop app.
3. Receive the order in the destination org, using the Int Ship page on the mobile.
4. Check the onhand quantity and drill down to the lot details.
5. Notice that the Origination Date does not have any value, it is null.
