Service HTML: CS_SERVICEREQUEST_UTIL.contracts_cross_val - Invalid Contract Message After Ownership Change

Getting an Invalid Contract error in the HTML Service screen after changing ownership in Installed Base.
The error appears in the 'More Products' screen, when trying to perform updates after the owner has been changed.

- Create a new Service Request
- Add multiple products to the Service Request
- Save the Service Request
- In Installed Base, change the Ownership for all of the products on the Service Request.
- Go back to the Service Request and then to the More Products screen and select a different item as 'Primary'.
- Select Save.
=> Error occurs.
API Error (CS_SERVICEREQUEST_UTIL.contracts_cross_val):
The contract is not valid. Please check the values for the following: service request type, inventory item, instance, account and install site.
