Transactions DFF is Not Cleared When Clicking the Next Item Button in MSCA (Doc ID 2493380.1)

Actual Behavior
When entering context sensitive DFF on MSCA in multi line receipt, DFF value carries across lines

Expected Behavior
Expect values only for lines where DFF information was entered.
This behavior is not experienced in forms receiving.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to MSCA Receipts
2. Enter receipt information for multiple lines
3. Do not enter DFF information for all receipt lines
4. Find values for lines where DFF was not opened
5. If DFF is not explicitly opened, the context and value from the first item is carried over to the new line.

Business Impact
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users receipt lines can have data showing which is not relevant to the receipt line.
