Error while creating Contract using Copy functionality

ORA-0000: normal, successful completion in Package OKS_COPY_CONTRACT_PVT Procedure Exception in call to OKS_BILL_SCH.create_bill_sch_rules
OKC_CONTRACTS_UNEXP_ERROR (SQLcode=1) (SQLerrm=User-Defined Exception)
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Service Contracts Manager (R) -> Contract Administration -> Launchpad.
2. Query for the contract and proceed with Copy from right click options.
3. On proceeding with create received stated series of errors.
