ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Generate Payslip PDF output not created after running payroll processes

Expected to see an output for Generate PDF Payslips

STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Regular Payroll > Run Pre-Payments > Run Payroll Archive > Run Generate Payslip PDF
