On : 12.2.4 version, Mobile Mfg
When attempting to navigate to Responsibility Level to validate the Inherit flag was turned on, the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to MES Administrator to input parameter values
2. Change Level to Role
3. Select Responsibility = MES Operator
4. Navigate to Parameter
5. Reason Codes for Exception Types. Select the pencil.
6. Get the aforementioned error message.
