TeleService: Unable to Retrieve Service Requests - Message: FRM-40350 or FRM-40301: Query caused no records to be retrieved (Doc ID 2494500.1)

Symptoms

Users are unable to see or query existing Service Requests in the Service Request form.

Steps:

(R) Service
(N) Service Requests > Find Service Requests

 - Enter Service Request number

=> Not found.

or

The grid is populated with the results but when opening the Create Service Request form, the error occurs.

Error:

FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved.
     or
FRM-40301: Query caused no records to be retrieved.
    or
No data found using these search criteria.
